01 // SCOPE OF SERVICE This digital interface is operated by REVAIRE. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the REVAIRE studio. By accessing our platform and securing a vessel, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including collectors, vendors, and contributors of content.

02 // THE ARCHIVE ACCOUNT By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Archive account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the studio immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion if our protocols are violated.

03 // PRODUCT INTEGRITY & ACCURACY

  • Hand-Poured Nature: Every REVAIRE vessel is a handcrafted work. Due to the artisanal nature of our small-batch pours, slight aesthetic variations, including minor surface textures or glass adhesion, are natural characteristics and do not compromise the olfactory performance or structural integrity of the piece.

  • Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our vessels accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the physical product with total precision.

  • Limited Allocation: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any vessel or series we offer. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

04 // TRANSACTIONAL FINALITY As outlined in our Refund Policy, all acquisitions from the REVAIRE Archive are final sale. Because our vessels are handcrafted to order or in limited runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is the responsibility of the collector to review scent profiles and technical specifications before finalizing a transaction.

05 // LOGISTICS & DISPATCH Risk of loss and title for vessels purchased from REVAIRE pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we engineer our packaging for high-durability transit, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers. Please refer to our Privacy Protocol for details on how shipping data is managed.

06 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included in the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the architectural branding of our vessels—is the property of REVAIRE and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The "REVAIRE" name and the design of our "Series" system may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without prior written consent.

07 // PROHIBITED CONDUCT You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; or (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

08 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REVAIRE does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall REVAIRE, our directors, or our affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our vessels or services.

09 // MODIFICATIONS TO THE SYSTEM We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
